Like all guilds, we value active members who can contribute at least 2100 activity points a week (that's only half the 4200 maximum). You can get that easily just by grinding 12 or so elite quests per day!
We're also a friendly bunch and welcome players of all levels, VIP or Free-to-play. Don't feel pressued to hit rank #1 in Grand Arena or rush up to level 90 before everyone else, but we'll cheer alongside you if you make it!
For lower level players, we have reset lower chapters in the past and mandated that only the lower level folks raid it who have no other raiding options. That way we ensure everyone can complete their daily raiding quest, cash their bonus guild coins and cheese, and conserve the ultra valuable guild points. Having a diverse level distribution also ensures everyone gets loot while minimizing the competition for high-demand items -- if everyone was level 80, there would be a queue of 30 people for Staff of Rawlis. Instead our queue tends to be 1-3 people long, with level 60s wanting Bloody Eye, Level 70s wanting Bag of Holding, and Level 80s going for their Staff, Moonglow, Axes, and Yew Bolts.
We're also great about helping each other with Temples, Booty Caves (including the strategy of pairing off similar levels), and even Arena (yes if you have spare tries, it's better to attack your own guild members when you see them and gift them 10 coins).
